Ok so a while ago a friend commented on my political post, and suggested that I should do another. Personally, im not much of a blogger, but seeing how I was asked I decided to do it. This is not that post that I was planning on writing. That post is about an ancient Roman politician, who was one of first un-corruptible. My first thought was that it was Europe, im not surprised. Then I talked to a friend about it. During that conversation I realized something. So many Liberal Democrats always hearken to what Europe doing, and they tell us how Europe system is so much better. They want us to give up our sovereignty to the UN, which is really ran by Europe. Could you imagine if the courts tried to do that over here? Could you imagine the outrage? And here is the funny part, for me at lest, The group of people that would most likely name their child a odd funny name, are the one who identify them selves as LIBERALS! And these are the same whoople heads who want us to fall in line with Europe! I am I the only who finds this funny? Rosie O’Donnell doesn’t want going to war and killing people who believe in enforcing their religious views and laws on not just us but the world. So she speaks out against the war. Which is fine she has the right. Is she using her right responsibly, no not really. But that’s a topic for a different day. But if she had her way. We come home, the bad guys would win, they would take over that area move on to the next, and the next until they come after us. Lets just say that they do and win, because RD didn’t want us to stop them in the first place, and now we all have to live under their religious law. Well guess what RD, you just lost what ever talk show you could get, or blog. Oh and your gay as well... looks like your going to lose your life too. All done by the same people you spoke up for and defended. I find that funny, and almost ironic.
So Mr. Earth Greenleaf and Moonbeam, when you decide to have a child and want to name her Starlight, be thankful that you live in America, and not Italy, where not only will they tell you no you cant name her that, but they will also tell you what you HAVE to name her.. Before you start griping about how controlling our government is, and how the big mean Christian is out to get you. Take an honest look around world, if you do you will thank Mother Earth, or what ever spirit you worship you live here. In the greatest nation on God’s green Earth.
I am so sick of hearing about how good the Colts are, or the Cowboys and no one saying much about the hawks. They are all like eh it’s the NFC West its so weak but you know what, take a look at the standings NFC west really is not that weak, they started off pretty bad. But all in all its not to much different from any other division. Take the Patriots AFC East. They have the Dolphins in it for crying out loud, and the Jets! Just because the behemoth Patriots are in it, it makes it all hard core?
Another thing why is that the Colts, who pounded the Ravens, I will admit I like the first quarter lots of scoring on the Colts side, got a lot of web press of the win? “oh Manning so awesome, he threw for 4 td passes. Guess what so did Hasselbeck, don’t hear any one talking about that. Cardinals were a much better team then the Ravens, who by they way are on a 7 game LOSING streak. And the Colts only beat them by 3 more points then the Hawks beat the Cardinals.
Well I cant wait for the playoff Hawks are going to go to the Superbowl, they will meet the Patriots, that much im sure of. Can they beat the Patriots? As a fan I might be biased, but of course I think they just need make sure they show up to play. In all reality the only team that can beat the Seahawks, is the Seahawks.
Yeah, we are a nation at war. Yet we don't act like it. We have an enemy that has said that "I will kill, that I have permission to kill 4 million Americans. Two million adults, 2 million children." Say that out loud, 2 million children, let that sink into you're mind 2 million children. I don't have children, but I have friends who do, I love kids. I was a member of the US Army, I was trained to fight and to kill. But not to kill children, not to target children, yet our enemy, the people we are fighting right now in the Middle East are training, they are training to do just that, to kill children. You don't want to believe, look what happened Beslan, Russia. OBL has said "What I have done in Russia, I will visit 100 folds on American's."
This alone make the time's that we are in very scary. The Elections are more important then ever. If your one of those people who "are on the fence", or thinking you don't want to vote. But if you have kids, or if you have friends and family with kids, you must vote. You must look at the candidates, and find out which ones are going to be the strongest in protecting Americans. Because that what it's going to come down to for a time. We are facing an enemy, that not afraid of death. They want, they want, they want, us to lash out angry and to turn into a mob. They will do anything to get to that end, and again they are NOT afraid to die them selves. That's why we need leaders that can face these animals and to get them before they get us. That's why you can't, you can't, sit on you hands and not get involved. So please go out there, research the candidate, get involved.
